Ferndale Project is the experimental arm of Eastern Market Brewing Co. and Elephant & Co. Since opening in 2020, the Ferndale community has given incredible support and valuable feedback, helping us fine-tune what works best and what doesn’t.
We’re introducing A/B testing of our beer and food. Our products will be released in pairs, and customers can vote for their favorites. This hands-on feedback is essential to shaping our growth.
The feedback we collect from you, our community, will be analyzed and used to adjust future recipes. Whether we're tweaking a current offering or creating something completely new, your input will be the driving force behind our decision-making.
The refined recipes based on your feedback, they’ll be scaled for broader release. Thanks to your contributions, your favorite experiments will be distributed through Eastern Market Brewing Co. and in our Elephant & Co. locations.

Backyard BBQ Pizza Project!
Introducing the Backyard BBQ Pizza Project, a split decision between two wildly different pies: St. Louis Ribs vs. Beer Can Chicken.
The St. Louis Ribs side features cheese blend, St. Louis style ribs, grilled corn, pickled jalapeños, red onions, BBQ sauce drizzle.
The Beer Can Chicken side is topped with cheese blend, pulled buffalo beer can chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, buffalo ranch drizzle.
