Five-Course Harvest Beer Dinner

November 12 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Enjoy a five-course food and beer pairing dinner with a harvest flare. Each course is designed to pair with an Eastern Market or Ferndale Project beer.

Dinner kicks off at 5 pm with a welcome pint of Wunderboi Kolsch.

Food Menu:

WELCOME COURSE – ARTISAN CHEESE, WINTER FRUIT, HOUSE CRACKERS

FIRST COURSE- FRISEE WARM SALAD WITH LARDONS AND BACON VIN POACHED QUAIL EGG

SECOND COURSE- MOLE CHICKEN & TOMATO SOUP W/ CROSTINI

THIRD COURSE- PUMPKIN GNOCCI WITH BROWNED BUTTER AND FRIED SAGE

FOURTH COURSE- PORKBELLY SLIDERS SEASONAL GREENS, PICKLED RED ONION, CHIPTOLE AIOLI

FIFTH COURSE- SMORES BROWNIE BRULE, TUILE, VANILLA ICE CREAM
