Apres Ski Beer Dinner

The beer dinner consists of five food courses and five beer pairings. Each course will include cheese from Mongers’ Provisions and Matt from Mongers’ will join us for the evening to share stories of the cheeses and their company. Ferndale Project’s brewers will be in attendance to discuss the beers and food pairings along with our head chef.
There are a limited number of tickets available! We are looking forward to enjoying dinner and beers with you for our first 2023 Ferndale Project Beer Dinner Series.
Dinner starts at 6:30 pm.
*Gratuity is included in the ticket cost.
- Course #1: split pea soup with smoked carrot
- Course #2: cheese board featuring Mongers Provisions cheeses and beer-brined pickles
- Course #3: wedge Salad with bacon, tomato, pickled red onion, and Elephant Juice blue cheese dressing
- Course #4: flank roulade stuffed with spinach, breadcrumb, garlic, prosciutto, and parmesan served with polenta and house demi glaze
- Course #5: stout boudino
